By commissioning me, you agree to all terms listed below. I reserve the right to decline any commission request without providing a reason.II. PAYMENT & REFUNDS
Payment: 100% upfront. For large orders ($100 or more), payment can be half at the beginning and half at the end of the sketch.Refunds: No refunds will be issued after the sketching phase.III. REVISIONS & DEADLINERevisions: 2 minor revisions are included during the sketch phase. Major changes requested after the piece is finished will incur an extra fee.Deadline: Completion time varies from 1 to 6 weeks depending on complexity.IV. USAGE RIGHTS (Personal Use)
Artist Rights: I (Anzusvaleria) retain all copyrights over the artwork. I may post it on my social media or portfolio unless a "privacy fee" is discussed beforehand.Client Rights: You may use the artwork for personal purposes (profile pictures, wallpapers, personal printing).Prohibited: You may NOT use the artwork for commercial purposes, NFTs, or AI training/datasets.To confirm you've read this, please include the word "FENNEC" in your first message.
